![]() The highlighting palette was a surprise hit as I didn’t expect the quality to be that good. Overall, I love both the palettes I have purchased. If you want to use brushes then you might have to foil the shadows with some setting spray before applying to the eyes. All the shimmers work best with the fingers in my opinion. Only one shade called “Fortnight” is a bit chunky and needs some time to smooth out. The shimmers are smooth and intense for the most part. With this palette, always tap of the excess from the brush and consider doing the eye makeup before the base. The rest of the matte shades are easier to work with. These two shades feel very soft and powdery in the pan and can also cause some fall-out. I find just two shadows, “ TMI” and “ Actually“, more powdery than the other shadows. Depending on how you use the matte shadows, you might find them a little powdery. The matte shades are really nicely pigmented and they blend well. There are 5 shimmer or metallic shades and 7 matte shades. ![]() You can do very easy to do single eyeshadow looks or even do a soft smoky eye. I haven’t done a single look which I haven’t liked. I have been using this palette for the last 3-4 months and so far I have really enjoyed working with it. Up Front: metallic pale gold with a silvery sheen The shades have been described on the website, as below: This eyeshadow palette has 12 eyeshadows and each pan has 0.85 gm or 0.03 oz of product. This colour scheme usually suits a lot of skin tones. It has a lot of warm coppery tones along with some beautiful mauves and plums. The Give It To Me Straight palette is one of my favourite palettes from Colourpop, shade range wise. Morning After: light peach with highlights of gold and pink On Tempo: soft rosey taupe with highlights of gold and silver They are not overly shimmery but will show some very fine shimmer in certain lighting.Īs per the website, the shades have been described like below. These highlighters are supposed to have super fine pearls which give the high shine radiant glow. All the highlighters can be built up to a very high shine finish and they look really smooth and intense on the face. Once applied on the face, they are easy to blend out. The formula of all the highlighters are very smooth and buttery to touch. So, I have a feeling that everyone will face this issue of not being able to use all the shades. Out of the 6 highlighters, 3 of the deeper ones will flatter my tan skin tone more than the rest. Although I like the colour selection, I won’t be able to use all the highlighters on my face. It would work on a variety of skin tones and its also possible to mix and match the shades (not always practical, to be honest). I quite like the colour selection of this palette. It retails for USD 18 (SGD 24 approx.) and each pan contains 3.25 gm or 0.11 z of product. The In-Nude-Endo palette is a 6 pan highlighting palette. I am not going to go into detailed review in this post since I have already done a video on my channel, which I will link below the post. I think they are limited edition, but they are still available for purchase on the website. As always, I bought both of them from the Colourpop website. These palettes were released around 5-6 months back and I have had them for around 4 months. I realised that I haven’t done the promised swatches here on my blog yet. I have spoken a lot about the Colourpop Give It To Me Straight and the In-Nude-Endo palette on my YouTube channel.
